Genshin Impact Is Getting a Limited Edition PS5 DualSense Controller

HoYoverse and PlayStation are teaming up for a new Genshin Impact Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller, and it looks like a proper collectible for any Genshin player. Pre-orders open on December 11, and the controller will start launching in different regions from January 2026 onward.

A Design Inspired by Traveler Twins & Paimon

The controller uses a white, gold, and green palette with arcane-style symbols, plus emblems for Aether, Lumine, and Paimon.

According to HoYoverse’s Wenyi Jin, the design is meant to celebrate the years of adventures players have shared in Teyvat.

Launch Windows & Pricing

The controller will be available only in limited quantities for $84.99 / €84.99 / £74.99 / ¥12,480. It will release on the following dates:

  • January 21, 2026 – Japan and select Asian markets
  • February 25, 2026 – North America, Central & South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, New Zealand (Dates may vary depending on the country)

Starting December 11, 2025 at 10am ET (or local time in supported regions), you can pre-order through direct.playstation.com. Keep in mind that quantities will be limited, and PlayStation is offering free launch-day delivery for eligible pre-orders.

With the upcoming Genshin Impact Version Luna III update that brings new story content in Nod-Krai and introduces Durin as a playable character, now might be the perfect time to get yourself a new controller!
