Switch to World Tier 1. There’s no reason to fight the boss on World Tier 2. You’ll get the same rewards and the fight will be easier.
Be 10-20 minutes early to ensure your group is full of Level 20 players. If not, try re-logging to see if the issue has been resolved.
Socket Poison resistance (green gems) into Jewelry.
Craft a Poison resistance potion.
Make sure to repair before the fight begins and do not teleport during the fight.
Position yourself in the middle of Ashava’s back legs. This allows you to dodge all attacks.
