If you’ve pre-purchased the Epic Edition of the War Within expansion and have Early Access, and you’re looking for gearing information, you’re in the right place!
Normal / Follower Dungeons
It doesn’t really matter whether you complete Normal or Follower Dungeons, you will only receive Item Level 554 non-upgradeable gear from both.
Delves
During the Early Access, you can only complete Tier 1-3 Delves. A Tier 3 Bountiful Delve would give you Item Level 571 (Adventurer 1/8) gear, which is much better compared to dungeons, but regular chests will only provide non-upgradeble Item Level 554 gear.
If you unlock all Great Vault slots in the Delves category, you will see an Item Level 590 (Veteran 3/8) piece of gear in your weekly chest the next week.
Crafted Gear
The item level of crafted gear depends on the item’s quality, but based on the 
Soul Sigil II tooltip, crafted gear will have Item Level 561-574, with 561 being the lowest quality and 574 the highest.
Renown Gear
As you increase your Renown standing with the major factions, you can buy gear from Renown quartermasters.
- At Renown 2 with the Council of Dornogal, you may acquire a level 72 cloak (item level 467)
- At Renown 7, you can buy Veteran Shoulder armor (Item Level 584) from the Council of Dornogal quartermaster.
- At Renown 16, you can buy Champion feet armor (item level 597) from the Council of Dornogal quartermaster.
- At Renown 24, you can speak to Auditor Balwurz in Dornogal to receive an Enchanted Runed Harbinger Crest, used as an optional reagent to increase a crafted item’s level up to 606.
I imagine this will be very similar to the other 3 Renown factions but with different gear slots.
