The War Within expansion offers a free Level 70 boost. Apply it to your Earthen character, and you’ll instantly unlock all Heritage Armor sets. The achievement is simple: your Earthen needs to reach Level 50, and with this boost, they’ll hit Level 70 right away!
If you use your expansion boost on an Earthen, they get their heritage armor and achievement for hitting level 50.
