Cache of Timewarped Treasures from the Ulduar Timewalking raid quest has an increased chance to drop both 
Mimiron’s Head and 
Invincible’s Reins. All you need to do is find a group for Ulduar Timewalking. If you search in the Group Finder, there will be groups just for the final boss.
If you don’t get the mount, you will still get an item level 610 Hero gear piece, so it’s still worth running the raid!

How to Queue for Ulduar Timewalking
If you have trouble finding a group for the raid, you can create your own! Head to your faction’s portal room and take the portal to Dalaran (Crystalsong Forest). Walk out of the building and talk to Vormu, who will have a quest for you. The same NPC can also queue you up for the raid. Good luck!
