A very strange thing happened as Binds on Equip items from the Liberation of Undermine raid were suddenly turning into Binds on Pickup when purchased from the Auction House (or perhaps just by being sent through the mail). Blizzard has now clarified that that was a bug and they are now working on a fix for it.
This was the result of a hotfix, and we’re working on an additional hotfix to address it.
