Whisper Caches in Season 8 can no longer be used to power-level alts. Here’s why.
On the Season 8 PTR, players have discovered that Whisper Caches now provide XP when you claim them. Previously, you could farm them on your main, store in Stash, and open on your alt for quick XP.
However, this leveling method will no longer be viable when Patch 2.2.0 hits.
