First introduced in the Battle for Azeroth expansion, Corrupted Powers return as Head Enchants in a limited form in Patch 11.1.5!
The Quest
Borrowing Corruption is a new quest in Patch 11.1.5 that requires players to collect 8 
Black Blood Residue and 500 
Displaced Corrupted Mementos from Horrific Visions Revisited in exchange for runes that mimic Corrupted Powers from the BfA expansion!
A List of All Corrupted Power Head Enchants
Upon completing the quest, you will be able to pick one out of 6 Head enchants. Keep in mind the enchants cannot be applied to items lower than item level 350, and the effect will only work during The War Within Season 2. Here’s a full list of them all:
Lesser Rune of Twilight Devastation – Allows your attacks to have a chance to trigger a beam of Twilight Devastation, dealing up to 1099497 Shadow damage to enemies in front of you. 
Lesser Rune of the Void Ritual – Gain Void Ritual, giving your spells and abilities a chance to increase all secondary stats by 73 every sec for 20 sec.
Lesser Rune of the Twisted Appendage – Your attacks have a chance to spawn a tentacle which Mind Flays your target for 36650 Shadow damage every second for 10 sec.
Lesser Rune of Echoing Void – Your damaging abilities build the Echoing Void. Each time it builds, Echoing Void has a chance to collapse, dealing 18325 Shadow damage to all nearby enemies every 1 sec until no stacks remain.
Lesser Rune of Gushing Wound – Your damaging spells and abilities have a chance to cause your target to ooze blood for 114660 damage over 7 sec.
Lesser Rune of Infinite Stars – Your spells and abilities have a chance to strike a nearby enemy with an Infinite Star, dealing 100787 Arcane damage and increasing their damage taken from your Infinite Stars by 27487, stacking up to 6 times before resetting.
