Last Epoch players will soon have a new way to control their characters!
With the launch of Season 2: Tombs of the Erased later tonight, the game is introducing experimental WASD movement controls for the first time.
If you have ever wished for a more keyboard-centric way to play, you will soon be able to try it out. Just head into your in-game settings once the patch goes live and toggle the option on.
The feature is still experimental, and traditional click-to-move remains the default. But for players coming from MMOs or top-down shooters, this could open up new ways to enjoy builds that rely on precise positioning or manual movement.
On top of that, many other ARPGs already offer WASD-style movement, so it is nice to see Last Epoch finally catch up. If you prefer controlling your character with direct keyboard input, you will now be able to do that here too — no more waiting for mod support or workarounds.
