The highly anticipated event quest in Monster Hunter Wilds, called Running Wild, is set to begin on May 20 and will run until June 3, 2025!
This limited-time event has been long awaited by many hunters, as it offers a unique cosmetic item that instantly reminds fans of Mikasa from the Attack on Titan anime. Here’s everything you need to know about how to participate and what rewards await you!
How to Participate
As mentioned, the event kicks off on May 20. To take part in this special quest, you need to be Hunter Rank 21 or higher and have access to the Ruins of Wyveria location. If you meet these requirements, you’re all set to join the hunt.
Simply accept the event quest titled Running Wild and hunt the Guardian Fulgur Anjanath! You don’t have to slay the Guardian, a capture works just as well! If you want to shorten the hunt, consider bringing traps and tranq bombs to make it quicker.
What Are the Rewards?
The main reward for this event quest is the incredible Sealed Dragon Cloth α (Alpha) Headgear, a cosmetic item that is both stylish and powerful.
While details about its skills and the exact crafting materials are still unknown, chance are that you will need dragon-related materials alongside special quest certificates to craft it. These certificates will drop upon completing the event quest, so make sure to farm it as much as possible during the event period!
