The world of Final Fantasy XIV is taking over Anime Expo 2025 in Los Angeles from July 3 to July 6, 2025! It does not matter if you are a Warrior of Light or a total newcomer, there is something exciting waiting for you over there!
From interactive booth events and exclusive merch, to a must-see panel with Naoki Yoshida, here is everything you can look forward to!
Booth Activities: Play, Pose, and Collect Rewards
The FFXIV booth will be open during regular expo hours:
- Thursday, July 3, 2025 – Sunday, July 6, 2025
- Thursday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PDT)
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PDT)
Here is what visitors can enjoy:
- Stamp Rally
- Complete three fun activities each day to earn exclusive rewards, including a jet tag, FFXIV TTRPG trial booklet, and a clear file that doubles as a grid map.
- New Player Experience
- New to Eorzea? Create your first Warrior of Light with help from veteran players and get a vinyl sticker and a rally stamp. Veterans who show their character via Lodestone get rewards too!
- Photo Spot
- Snap a pic in front of a Kugane-themed backdrop. Post with #FFXIV and #AnimeExpo to earn a stamp. Cosplay strongly encouraged!
- Visitor Survey
- Complete a quick on-site survey via QR code to receive your final stamp.
Free Giveaways & Merch
Attendees can grab exclusive giveaways throughout the event, including:
- Cool sling bags
- FFXI-themed fans for the summer heat
- Extra rewards for cosplayers or those wearing official FFXIV gear
There will also be merch for sale from FFXIV, FFXI, and FFXVI, including new AX-exclusive T-shirts. Stay tuned to official channels for the full product list soon!
Yoshida Panel: Anime, Manga & Final Fantasy
Don’t miss the special guest panel as well! Titled “Leveling Up: How Anime, Manga, & RPGs Inspired Naoki Yoshida and FINAL FANTASY” you will be able to join Yoshi P as he reflects on his career, inspirations, and the anime/manga that helped shape FFXIV and FFXVI!
The panel will take place at the following place and time:
- Petree Hall, Los Angeles Convention Center
- Friday, July 4 at 12:30 p.m. PDT / 3:30 p.m. EDT
If you can’t attend in person, you will have the possibility to watch the stream on:
Autograph Sessions With Naoki Yoshida
Meet the legend himself! Yoshida will sign autographs at the JW Marriott Gold Ballroom:
- Thursday, July 3 – 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday, July 5 – 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
- Sunday, July 6 – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
You need to reserve tickets via the Epic site. You must have an Autograph Ticket and not arrive more than 30 minutes early.
It does not matter if you are there to meet Yoshi-P, explore Eorzea for the first time, or just grab some goodies, Anime Expo 2025 will be a celebration to remember for all FINAL FANTASY XIV fans.
And prro tip: Arrive early, bring water, and don’t forget your stamp card!
