What Changed for Ineffa in the Latest Genshin Impact Beta?

The latest Genshin Impact 5.8 beta has brought a few changes to Ineffa, with slight adjustments across her elemental skill, passive talents, and multiple constellations. Here is a full breakdown of all the adjustments based on current beta data.

Ineffa Kit Adjustments

Elemental Skill – Cleaning Mode: Carrier Frequency+
- Birgitta Discharge DMG nerfed from 230.4% to 172.8%
P1 – Overclocking Circuit +
- If Ineffa’s Birgitta Discharge hits while thunderclouds from Lunar-Charged reactions are nearby, she triggers an extra hit that deals 80% of her ATK as Lunar-Charged DMG.
P2 – Panoramic Permutation Protocol +
- Wording changed for clarity:
  - When using the Elemental Burst Supreme Instruction: Cyclonic Exterminator, all your party members will gain the Parameter Permutation effect…
  - Effect: Increases Ineffa’s and active party members’ Elemental Mastery by 6% of Ineffa’s ATK for 20s.
P3 – Assemblage Hub +
- Passive is finally added:
  - When a party member triggers an Electro-Charged reaction, it will be converted into the Lunar-Charged reaction, with every 100 ATK that Ineffa has increasing Lunar-Charged’s Base DMG by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 14%.
  - Further blessing may follow the new moon’s rise…
Constellations
- C1 – Rectifying Processor +: Clarified description:
  - When Ineffa activates her Optical Flow Shield Barrier, all nearby allies gain Carrier Flow Composite effect for 20s.
- C2 – Support Cleaning Module +: Clarified description:
  - After the Elemental Burst Supreme Instruction: Cyclonic Exterminator hits opponents, it will inflict the Punishment Edict Status…

Overall, Ineffa‘s adjustments do not really change much to her kit. While her skill’s Discharge damage was slightly “nerfed”, it does not make her less viable. The rest of the changes are more simple wording changes in order to make her abilities clearer, so nothing ground-breaking.
