If you’ve completed the K’aresh campaign and are on the Manaforge Omega: Dimensius Looms raid quest, you can easily complete it in Story Mode this week on live servers!
Defeating Dimensius in Story Mode difficulty and completing the quest grants you 1 
Enchanted Runed Ethereal Crest.
The optional crafting reagent can be used to craft an Item Level 704 gear piece, useful if you still haven’t filled your gear slots in War Within Season 3.
But here’s the catch!
The Real Cost? One Spark of Starlight
The reward might feel tempting, but it will cost you 
Sparks of Starlight! On top of that, some players argue it’s not ideal to waste a spark on crafted gear this early in the season, but at the end of the day, it’s your decision and sparks!
Which Slot to Craft?
Well, the cloak slot is occupied by Reshii Wraps for the rest of the expansion and in your belt slot, you probably still got the DISC Belt.
Boots also look tempting until you realize the Soul Hunters (optional raid boss) drop boots that increase the effect of your Reshii Wraps cloak.
You need at least 4 slots for the Manaforge Omega set bonuses, so you’re mostly left with the Weapon or Wrist slots!
