What is the Prismatic Blessing?
When players enter the Dragon Isles with a new character, they’ll receive the 
Prismatic Blessing, which offers a suite of helpful buffs. These blessings, tied to the various dragonflights, provide massive quality-of-life improvements, helping you level up faster and survive easier.
Key Buffs from the Prismatic Blessing
Here’s a breakdown of each buff you can expect as you explore the Dragon Isles:

Azure Blessing – Protected by the blue dragonflight. After 5 seconds out of combat, gain a shield for 10% of your max health. 
Blessing of the Bronze Dragonflight – Blesses the target with power of the Bronze Dragonflight. Melee, ranged, and spell-casting speed is increased by 40%. Movement speed increased by 40%.
Emerald Blessing – Protected by the green dragonflight, increasing your health regeneration while out of combat.
Obsidian Blessing – Protected by the black dragonflight, strengthening your armor to prevent durability loss and significantly decreasing the amount of damage taken from environmental hazards.
Ruby Blessing – The magic of the red dragonflight has recently saved you, preventing you from death.
How These Buffs Change Leveling
These buffs are great for leveling and here’s what you can get:
- Faster movement & combat: With increased movement and casting speeds, you’ll be able to move from quest to quest and defeat enemies much faster.
- Cheat death: You don’t need to worry about dying and you will also have increased health regeneration, allowing you to push through tougher content without the fear of constant death.
- No durability loss: Say goodbye to repair costs. The Obsidian Blessing buff makes your gear suffer no durability loss when you die.
- Shields/Reduced Damage Taken: You will take less damage from environmental hazards and receive an out-of-combat shield!
