While playing through the prologue of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you will have some free time to explore the area with Gustave during the Expedition Festival. While doing so, you can collect a total of three festival tokens. One of them can be a little tricky to obtain if you don’t pay attention to the story or in-game information.
For that, you need to find one specific NPC: Antoine! He wears a white suit and is bald. If you talk to him, he will ask you three questions. Answer all of them correctly, and you’ll be rewarded with a festival token! Here is a quick guide so you don’t get any answer wrong!
Antoine’s Quiz Answers
If you want to find the answers yourself, they can all be discovered by talking to a black-haired woman nearby named Lune, or by reading through the Picto and Lumina tutorials in your character menu. The questions are based on Expedition history and basic gameplay mechanics.

What Are Festival Tokens For?
As mentioned earlier, you can collect a total of three tokens:
- One is given to you automatically after the opening cutscene when the festival begins.
- One is earned by answering Antoine’s quiz correctly.
- The last one is obtained by defeating Maelle in a duel. Simply talk to her at the docks during the festival.
Once you have your tokens, you can spend them at different vendors located around the festival area:
- Tom – Rewards you with an unusable Picto.
- Amandine – Gives you a Bun hairstyle for Gustave.
- Colette – Gives you an Old Key, which you’ll be able to use much later in the game.
