The Importance of Coffer Keys
Restored Coffer Keys are important because they unlock end-of-run chests at the end of Bountiful Delves. Naturally, you want to obtain as many keys per week as you can to increase your chances at better gear.
Weekly Caches: A Steady Source
The first major source are weekly caches. You can obtain up to 4 keys per week by completing various activities. These include weekly quests (the activity you select from Faerin), Special Assignments (that you unlock upon completing 3 World Quests in a zone), and World Events (Theater Troupe, Awakening the Machine, and Spreading the Light).
It’s important to point out that only the first 4 weekly caches will reward keys. Completing additional activities beyond this threshold will not reward any keys.
Renown Rewards
You will receive a one-time key rewards with the factions upon reaching:
- Renown 17 with the Council of Dornogal;
- Renown 13 with the Assembly of the Deeps;
- Renown 14 with the Severed Threads.
Collecting Key Shards
An additional method of obtaining Restored Coffer Keys is by collecting 100 
Coffer Key Shards. These can be earned from World Quests and the Worldsoul Memory event. Make sure to put the 
Radiant Echoes to good use.
Purchasing Keys
Upon reaching Level 7 in the Delver’s Journey, you can buy your first key for 2,000 Undercoins with additional keys available at a 50% discount when you complete the whole journey. Talk to Sir Finley at the Delver’s Headquarters in Dornogal to buy them.
