This is one of those easy-to-miss details if you weren’t already familiar with it. One of the perks of the 
Algarian Stormrider mount you get with the Heroic or Epic editions of the War Within is that it is fully customizable, the same as a Dragonflight drake!
And, same as those drakes, you can head on over to the Rostrum of Transofrmation in Dorongal and set it up however you want! There are four colors for both the plumage and the armor, as well as several options for other customiations.
