The wait is nearly over! Funcom has just announced the full global launch schedule for Dune: Awakening, including exact pre-load and release times for all regions.
If you pre-ordered the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition, you will get head start access on June 5. Everyone else can begin playing on the official launch day: June 10.
Note: The base edition lets you pre-load, but not play early.
Here is what you need to know.
Global Launch Times
- Head Start:
Begins June 5 at 16:00 CEST / 10:00 AM EDT
Available to players who pre-ordered the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition. - Full Launch:
Goes live June 10 at 16:00 CEST / 10:00 AM EDT
All editions will be available to purchase normally from this point. - Pre-Load Access:
Starts June 4, 24 hours before head start begins.
Pre-loading is available to all pre-order owners, but only Deluxe and Ultimate pre-orders get early access.

Server Information
Multiple Worlds/servers will be available during the head start, with the majority becoming accessible at full launch on June 10.
- Several head start servers will be live on June 5.
- Most additional servers will open on June 10 as the full player base joins.
- You can choose to join a head start server at full launch if you are playing with friends who already started.
