A new leak, spotted on Reddit suggests version 5.8 of Genshin Impact may include an auto time-sync feature during quests. If you’re tracking a quest that needs it to be a certain in-game hour (like morning or night), the game would automatically open the clock and adjust the time for you. No more fumbling around in menus just to trigger a quest event.
You can take a look at the original post here:
So far, players are calling this a simple but super handy improvement, and it definitely fits with HoYoverse’s recent focus on making the game smoother and more user-friendly. Having to always go out of the quest menu, into the clock thing, switch time, wait for it to pass… It was a bit of a pain. But if this addition is true, then it means questing just becomes smoother!
It basically will save time and hassle during quests that require waiting for specific time windows (daily commissions, NPC schedules, etc.). This way it keeps players focused on exploration and story, instead of menu management.
Remember, this info is unofficial and may change before patch 5.8 goes live. But if it’s real, this feature could make questing a lot less grindy and more chill!
