Get +19% XP Buff Baseline on All Characters During WoW’s 20th Anniversary (If You Have This Item)

If you’re holding onto the Celebration Package from last year’s celebration in your bank, you’re in luck! Instead of the baseline +10% XP buff from the 20th Anniversary, you’ll get a whopping +19% base XP on all characters that existed before last year’s event. Adding another +10% from the weekly Celebrate Good Fun! quest pushes the buff even higher, for a limited 12-hour period, stacking up to +29%!

Reddit user ShalaTheWise reports that only characters created before last year’s 19th Anniversary will see this bonus, while newer characters, such as those created during MoP Remix, will stick to the standard 10% XP buff.
