The latest Honkai Star Rail Special Program has just wrapped up, and we’ve got a full breakdown of everything coming in Version 3.3! From brand-new characters and exciting events to generous rewards and quality-of-life improvements, this update is packed with new content, new storylines, and surprises you don’t want to miss.

New Characters & 3.3 Wish Banners
Listed below are all the new characters releasing in Version 3.3 as showcased on the livestream, as well as the upcoming banners and re-runs!
- Hyacine – Wind Remembrance character. Her role is to protect the team during battles:
- Her ultimate restores health to the party and increases everyone’s max HP
- Her skill can also restore HP for all allies, and summon her little helper Ika
- Ika automatically restores HP by consuming its own, every time a party member looses some
- The more healing you provide, the more damage Ika will also deal to enemies
- Cipher – Quantum Nihility character. The demigod of trickery has many tricks up her sleeves:
- Inflicts the enemy with the highest HP with a special state. When other characters hit that enemy, Cipher records the damage and inflicts follow-up attacks on the enemy
- When she uses her Ultimate, she deals true additional damage to the enemy based on the damage value she recorded
Version 3.3 Phase I will welcome Hyacine and her signature Cone. The Herta is also returning for a re-run with her Light Cone! The 4-star characters featured on the banners are Serval, Misha, and Natasha!
Version 3.3 Phase II will feature Cipher and her signature Cone, as well as a re-run of Aglae and her Light Cone! The 4-stars on those banner will be Xueyi, Sushang, and Qingque.
New Story
The world of Amphoreus is in a cycle, and the flame-chase journey goes on! The Trailblazer will set off for the final journey! The sky has always remained untouchable through Amphoreus’ history: Aquila, a giant bird with a hundred eyes, is governing the skies. Will we be able to reach it and defeat them?
Many other mysteries will be uncovered through the upcoming Trailblaze journey!
