Lil’Kaz’s Hilt, a brand-new Doomguard pet, introduced in Patch 11.0.5.
To claim this pet, head to the Blasted Lands and defeat Lord Kazzak, who can be killed once daily per character. The easiest way to reach the Blasted Lands is by teleporting to Karazhan with items like the 
Violet Seal of the Grand Magus. The pet is cageable, meaning you can either sell it in the Auction House or trade it to others. Lord Kazzak’s location is conveniently marked on your world map with a skull icon.
