Monster Hunter Upcoming update information

Monster Hunter Wilds Update Drops March 4 – Key Fixes and More!

Heads up, hunters! A new update for Monster Hunter Wilds is set to go live on all platforms at 12 AM PST / 8 AM GMT on March 4th. This patch will go over several key issues and update some gameplay mechanics. If you have encountered problems with certain in-game systems, this update should bring much-needed fixes.

Patch Highlights

The update will specifically address the following concerns:

  • Ingredient Center Fixes – Some players have reported issues with ingredient management and availability. This patch will resolve those problems, making sure that you have a better interaction with the Ingredient Center.
  • Grill a Meal Adjustments – The cooking system has seen issues with the Grill a Meat mini-game, leading to unexpected results when preparing grilled meat specifically. This update brings some modifications to the mechanics, making sure you can cook your meat properly without burning it.
  • Story Progression in Chapter 5-2 – Some players were stuck in “A World Turned Upside Down” due to some NPC missing. You should now be able to finally advance through the storyline. This fix allows you to complete your quests without unnecessary frustration.

Important Notes

Make sure to log out before the update goes live. Once it is, all ongoing online sessions will be discontinued, and you will have to download and install the update before you can reconnect to online services. The patch will be available automatically through your platform’s update system, so make sure your game is set to update automatically, or make sure to check the available updates on time.
