As a reminder, three new event quests are now live in Monster Hunter Wilds! These limited-time quests are worth checking out, especially if you are in need of some Glowing Orbs for Swords and Armors, or want to get yourself the Expedition Headgear Alpha armor, which are the available rewards for this week’s events!
The Events rewarding the Glowing Orbs are available from March 18, 2025, until March 25, 2025, while the Head Armor one will be available until April 1st, 2025!
Event 1: Ballet in the Rain!
- Availability: March 18 – March 25, 2025
- Location: Scarlet Forest
- Conditions: HR 21+
- Objective: Hunt a Tempered Lala Barina
- Rewards: Glowing Orbs – Swords
Glowing Orbs are essential materials for upgrading your gear and boosting your attack and defenses against powerful monsters. Each glowing Orbs turn into a Decoration, which you need to slot into your gear for more power. On the sword, it can give you powerful weapon skills that you can add to your weapons.
Event 2: San-Scarred Soul!
- Availability: March 18 – March 25, 2025
- Location: Windward Plains
- Conditions: HR 9+
- Objective: Hunt a Doshaguma
- Rewards: Glowing Orbs – Armors
Similar to the first event, the Glowing Orbs for Armor will turn into decorations, but this time focusing on armor decorations.
Event 3: Like a Fire Hidden by Sand
- Availability: March 18 – April 1st, 2025
- Location: Windward Plains
- Conditions: HR 9+
- Objective: Hunt a Rathian
- Rewards: Expedition Headgear Ticket and the Materials needed to craft the head armor
- Materials required for Expedition Headgear Alpha:
- Rathian Scale x4
- Monster Keenbone x2
- Novecrystal x1
- Expedition Headgear Ticket x3
The Expedition Headgear can grant you Blight Resistance Level 1 and Coalescence Level 1. You can also use it as a Transmog/Glam if you want your character to wear a headgear that is not a huge armor hiding the face you spent 2h making!
