Reins of the Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl is a peacock mount added back in Patch 10.2.5 that’s coming in the Trading Post in Patch 11.0.7!
Patch 11.0.7 introduces a peacock mount for the Trading Post. We expect to see it in January since Patch 11.0.7 will most likely be released in December. Reins of the Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl will cost 750 
Trader’s Tender.
