Players are encountering a critical bug with the Threads of Fate skip in Shadowlands, locking them out of raid access. Find out what you need to avoid.
If you’re leveling an alt in Shadowlands, do not start the campaign if you plan to use the Threads of Fate skip. A current bug is affecting the Fatescribe NPC, making it impossible to select the campaign skip after skipping the Maw intro. Instead, players are left with a grey screen, unable to do anything.
What Happens If You Log Out?
When you log back in, the game defaults to continuing the Shadowlands campaign, locking you out of Shadowlands raids unless you redo the entire campaign. This can be frustrating for some players.
Until a fix is rolled out, it’s safest to avoid picking Shadowlands in Chromie Time.

DO NOT start the shadowlands campaign on an alt char if you have the skip, the quest/npc (threads of fate) is currently bugged and you will have to redo the whole campaign to unlock raid access
