Tears of Blood Glyph Clarifications: December 6th

Global Community Lead Adam “Pezradar” Fletcher clarified on Twitter the Tears of Blood glyph has not been nerfed, but the team changed the bonus from additive to multiplicative.

As Adam clarifies, the change results in a net buff, not nerf.

There seems to be a lot of confusion that the Tears of Blood glyph was nerfed because players saw .1% increases on the stream but currently in-game it is a .02% increase.
