From April 17th to April 21st, 2025, you can earn free exclusive cosmetics just by watching participating Twitch streams — and even grab an additional special reward by supporting your favorite creator. Here is everything you need to know.
Last Epoch Twitch Drops: Dates and Rewards
The Twitch Drops campaign runs from April 17, 2025, to April 21, 2025. You can earn the following rewards by simply watching a steamer under the Last Epoch category on Twitch:
- 1 Hour of Viewing – Holy Lightning Blast Skill Cosmetic for Lightning Blast
- 2 Hours of Viewing – Crimson Smite Skill Cosmetic for Smite
- 3 Hours of Viewing – Holy Shuriken Skill Cosmetic for Shuriken
- 5 Hours of Viewing – Woven Watcher Player Title
- 6 Hours of Viewing – Cerulean Rip Blood Skill Cosmetic for Rip Blood
How to Claim Twitch Drops in Last Epoch
In order to obtain your rewards, you need to:
- Link your Last Epoch account to Twitch:
- Head over to twitch.lastepoch.com and connect your accounts.
- Watch participating streams:
- Watch a Last Epoch stream with Drops enabled on Twitch for the required watch time.
- Claim your Drops on Twitch:
- After earning a Drop, claim it in your Twitch inventory before the event ends.
- Redeem in-game:
- Log into Last Epoch, head to the Cosmetic Inventory, and your rewards will be waiting!
Support a Streamer Campaign
Running alongside the Drops event is the Support a Streamer campaign. From April 17th to April 21st, show some love to your favorite Last Epoch content creator and grab an extra reward!
How it works:
- Purchase 1 Twitch subscription (Tier 1 or higher) to any of the participating Last Epoch streamers.
- As a thank you, you will get an exclusive Skill Cosmetic: Corrupted Maelstrom.
It is important to note that Prime subs do not count towards this campaign. You do not have to buy the sub for yourself, gifting it to another viewer works as well.
