Upcoming Diablo 4 Campfire Chat: June 16th

Key highlights, and we have a full summary here as well:

  • Gems are coming to the Materials tab starting with Season 2!
  • Nightmare dungeon sigils will teleport you to the dungeon, coming before Season 1.
  • Nightmare dungeon experience will be increased before Season 1.
  • The maximum amount of materials you can hold will be increased (from the 9,999 limit today), starting BEFORE Season 1
  • Significant changes are coming to resistances in Season 2, to make the stats more powerful and worthwhile.
  • Season 1 Renown-related issues: map will remain revealed from Eternal realm, Altars of Lilith will remain unlocked from Eternal realm, and Renown will be gained from both of these.
  • World boss caches that currently require high levels to open will be changed before Season 1.
  • The Hardcore Scroll of Escape will be automatically used when a player disconnects. (Season 2 change).
  • The Druids receiving Barbarian Uniques issues will be resolved before Season 1.

Blizzard have announced an upcoming chat on all things D4. Featuring Diablo general manager Rod Fergusson, game director Joe Shely, associate production director Tiffany Wat, and associate director of community Adam Fletcher, the team will discuss the launch, recent player feedback and what’s ahead.

On June 6, the gates of Hell flung open and players from around the world were thrust directly into the conflict between Inarius and Lilith. Thanks to you, Diablo IV is now the fastest selling Blizzard game of all time! We want to take the opportunity to express our gratitude directly during our first Diablo IV Campfire Chat.

The team will detail our successful launch, feedback we’ve received from the community, and what’s on the horizon for Diablo IV.
