It’s time for another look at all the roles in Mythic+, as week 3 of the pre-patch has come and gone. We’re in the middle of a class tuning pass with this Tuesday’s patch, so keep that in mind, as the numbers below are of a full week’s average. However, the new changes are already affecting the standings, and we’re sure to see even more movement next week.
Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
95th percentile DPS
The top 2 remain unaffected, despite the slight nerfs to Augmentation, and Retribution is catching up to the No.1 spot after its changes. In 3rd we have our first big change of the patch, as Frost DK responded to its re-tuning well and gained a spot. Elemental takes down Fury, as the Warrior drops 2 spots. The next 4 spots remain the same, with Balance pushing up into 9th, blasting past Shadow and Affliction. The bottom 3 also remain the same, just reshuffled a little, with Outlaw drawing the short straw.
All Percentiles
We have the same top 3 as above, with Frost DK making good use of the tuning. The Warriors aren’t too happy about things, however, as Fury drops two, and Arms makes its way down to 9th, losing 4 spots after the nerfs. Unholy and Elemental use the Warriors’ fall and move up in the world, and Beast Mastery and Marksmanship meet up in 7 and 8, as BM drops and MM rises. Destruction joins the bottom 3 here, with Devastation just barely making it out.
Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg’s rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
The patch changes haven’t affected the pure DPS rankings yet, as the aggregate is over two weeks, so we’ll have to wait a little until we see the impact. For now, here are the previous rankings.
All Percentiles Tank (Points)
Vengeance will remain forever on top it seems, but we do see Brewmaster skyrocketing up from dead last to second place after its buffs! Paladin finds itself down in 4th, dropping a spot to both Monk and DK and pushing Druid and Warrior down to the bottom 2.
Healer (Points)
Resto Shaman is on top, after it’s re-tuning, pushing Holy Priest and Resto Druid down one each! Mistweaver passes Holy Paladin, and the bottom two remain the same.
