While this new post-tuning week has begun, the data is too early to make anything of, so we’re still on the pre-tuning numbers. This week we’ll start tracking some raw DPS numbers for really high keys as well, courtesy of Mythicstats.
Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing. This means that they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor. It is a much, much smaller factor, however. It grants only a few points for significantly faster completions compared to just any in-time finish. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity. This means that the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
95th percentile DPS
Balance takes over the place as Unholy drops a little, and Fire also manages to push past the DK. Elemental is sitting pretty in 4th as Arcane surges up, possibly due to a bit of the new tuning numbers leaking into the week. The Mage gains a giant 12 spots, so it was likely moving on up even before the buffs. Marksmanship pushes past Assassination but remains in the same spot behind Feral due to Arcane’s rise. Enhancement remains relatively stable, just ahead of Demonology, which closes out the top 10 with a single-spot advancement.

All Percentiles
Unholy actually rises in the slower-moving generalist bracket, as Balance takes first and Fire drops down to third. Feral is the star here, rising 5 spots to 4th! The Shamans congregate around 5th and 6th, with Enhancement gaining 2 spots and passing Elemental. Arcane comes in here as well, gaining an even 10 spots! Demo closes out the top 10 here as well, with the other two Warlocks having a much worse time. Destruction may be in the bottom 3, but Affliction is only 1 spot off it, with Frost Mage in the middle.

Specific Keys
It’s time to check out the individual keys as well, in case you’re pushing a particular range and need some more detailed stats.

Very High Key Raw DPS Numbers
In case you want more data, we’re also taking a look at the raw damage numbers from Mythicstats. They take the top runs for extremely high keys (+13-19) from WarcraftLogs and list the overall DPS for the dungeon, which includes non-combat time as well. They’re ranked by the average DPS numbers, with the very top of the top shown next to it.
It mostly mirrors the points data from the points rankings. The biggest differences we see are Marksmanship getting a little higher, as well as Retribution and Devastation doing a lot better and Fire doing worse. The bottom sees Shadow and Fury join Augmentation, but that’s likely more due to the high keys than anything else.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key, head on over to Warcraft Logs. If you’re interested in more info on the specs themselves, you can always check out our class guides and tier lists.
