Xbox’s Gamescom 2025 broadcast on August 20-21 was full of announcements and trailers for upcoming games, ranging from sequels and remakes to new projects. Here is a recap of everything revealed during the two days!
Day 1 – Major Releases & Highlights
The following titles and content was revealed during the first Day of the Xbox Broadcast:
- Ninja Gaiden 4 – Coming October 21, 2025. The latest entry in the classic action series looks intense.
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 – Launching November 14, 2025, with a beta available from October 2-5 (early access) and October 5-8 (open beta).
- Dying Light: The Beast – Releasing September 19, 2025, promising new parkour action and zombies.
- LEGO Voyagers – Out September 15, 2025, a new LEGO adventure for all ages.
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 – Already available, but showcased with new updates and visuals.
- Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade – Coming this winter to Xbox.
- ROG Xbox Ally – Launching October 16, 2025
- The Rogue Prince of Persia – Available today on Xbox Series X/S and Game Pass

Xbox’s Gamescom 2025 Day 1 broadcast highlighted a mix of sequels, new IPs, and fan-favorite franchises. You can look forward to action experiences, casual and family-friendly games, and some of the biggest AAA titles of the year.

Day 2 – Major Releases & Highlights
The second day of the Gamescom Xbox broadcast focused less on new announcements and more on developer insights and interviews. Many teams went in-depth, explaining their vision for upcoming titles and giving us a closer look at the worlds they are building.
A few trailers were shared, most of the games showcased had already been revealed in previous Gamescom streams. One of the major reveals was Hollow Knight: Silksong, that finally received its official release date.
