With the release of Patch 12.0.1, Legacy Loot Mode is enabled in Dragonflight Raids and Dungeons. This makes it easier for players to farm transmogs and other drops from the dungeons and raids of said expansion.
EDIT (11/02, 10:20 PM CET): Added two more items of interest to the farming list.

What are Legacy Loot Rules?
Legacy Loot Rules are automatically applied to raids from two or more expansions past the most current expansion. In Legacy Mode, players have substantially increased damage done and reduced damage taken, making bosses easier to solo.
In addition to this, bosses killed in Legacy Mode will drop a full group’s worth of loot, even when solo. Legacy Loot Rules also lifts any loot restrictions, allowing players to farm transmogs from any weapon and armor type, even if playing on a class that currently cannot equip them. This makes farming transmogs across multiple classes much easier.
It is worth noting that although Legacy Loot Mode is enabled for Dragonflight dungeons and raids, some fights might still be challenging solos while at Level 80.
