During WoW’s 20th Anniversary event in 2024, a massive secret leading to the 
Keys to Incognitro, the Indecipherable Felcycle, began. The secret was partially solved in December of that year, with the mount being awarded. However, the secrets of Ratts’s Dungeon were yet to be fully solved, as only 9 out of the 12 Mysterious Orbs were glowing at the time.
The Secret Community has been riled up since the release of the Midnight Pre-Patch, with the Mysterious Pearl in Vashj’ir leading to a hidden room filled with secrets. With the launch of Midnight Season 1, the hunt for the end of the Felcycle mystery is back on, with the 10th Orb being discovered!

As a note, although this is part of the Felcycle hunt, you do not need to have progress on the Felcycle to participate in the following portion of the secret.
How to Obtain the 10th Felcycle Orb – Oddsight
First, you must obtain a 
Bubblefilled Flounder. You can find it on the shore north of Obsidian Citadel in The Waking Shores. Kill your character near that designated area, then return as a ghost and search underwater at the Dive Bar for a Secret Fish. This fish can only be looted while dead.

With the Flounder in hand, resurrect and fly to the cave where Hek the Hungry Hornswog is located at, still in the Waking Shores. Hek is located at the highest level of the cave. Feed him the Bubblefilled Flounder by clicking him, and he will spit out a 
Duck Egg. Loot the egg.

Once you have the egg, go to Valdrakken and find a duck family just south of The Artisan’s Market. Behind Mama, you will find a Papa’s Feather. Interacting with it will spawn Papa, who will take your Duck Egg and give you a 
Tuskarr Dinner Bell in exchange.

Once you get the Tuskarr Dinner Bell, it’s time for the last step for this orb. You will need to go to the Forbidden Reach and look for To’no, a rare Tuskarr NPC. To’no spawns for 4 minutes at a time in one of several locations in the zone, then despawns and reappears after 10 minutes. To’no is stealthed and will only pop up if you’re really close to one of his spawn points. He does pop up, as if he were rare, if you get close enough. We have a map with them, with coordinates!

Finding To’no and talking to him with the Tuskarr Dinner Bell in hand will trigger a new dialogue, and he will give you the 
Oddsight Focus. Obtaining the Oddsight Focus will trigger completion of the 10th Orb in Ratts’s dungeon.
So, What’s Next?
With the 10th Orb unlocked, a few things can be done.
The first new clue comes from the Oddsight Focus itself. Using it on yourself or someone else gives you a buff with two lucky numbers. The numbers are account-wide and change with the weekly reset in your region.
These numbers have been discovered to be used by interacting with Radiant Echo? orbs, scattered across Azeroth – Usually in areas where oddities are going on. These echoes interact with you depending on your lucky numbers from the Oddsight buff and give you instructions akin to those of an orchestra.
The WoW Secret Finding Discord is currently compiling all orb locations and instructions, and this is the step they’re currently working on.
The second thing is inside Ratts’s Dungeon itself. If you have the buffs from both Oddsight Focus and the 
Starry-Eyed Goggles, a Hidden Footlocker will show up behind the pillar for Orb 12. The Footlocker requires a 
Spare Key, which has not yet been found.
