Version 4.2 update for Honkai: Star Rail will introduce 3 new Light Cones, including powerful new signature options tied to upcoming characters Silver Wolf LV.999 and Evanescia. Alongside these, players can also look forward to a brand new 4-star Elation Light Cone. In this overview, we’ll take a brief look at each of these new Light Cones and what they offer.

When the wearer’s Max Energy is greater than 120, for every 10 points of Max Energy that exceeds this amount, further increases Energy Regeneration Rate by 0.3%, up to a maximum of 360 points of excess Max Energy taken into account. When the wearer uses an Elation Skill, increases the DMG received by enemy targets by 15%/ 21%/ 27%/ 33%/ 40% for 2 turn(s).“
