A small change in Patch 12.0.5 might end up having a big impact on everyday gameplay.
As spotted by creator @MrGM on X, vendor refreshments are being reworked to restore health and mana based on a percentage, rather than a fixed value.
Why This Change Actually Matters
Up until now, food and drinks have scaled poorly—especially as health pools continue to grow. Consumables from older expansions quickly become useless, sometimes to the point where players report items restoring as little as 1 mana.
Percentage-based restoration means these items will finally scale with your character, and old vendor stock will actually have some use.
Sometimes the smallest changes are the ones that make the world feel relevant again.
