Increased Heroic World Tier Rewards: Midnight 12.0.7 PTR Development Notes, May 19th

We have a short batch of development notes for 12.0.7 this week. Heroic World Tier gets some unspecified reward buffs and Galactic Void Matrix and sliver are being removed from the game.
