Sporefall is the new raid arriving with Patch 12.0.7’s release this week. The first raid in World of Warcraft history to have a Mythic Flex difficulty, the new raid offers plenty of rewards, including cosmetics that might attract even those who do not usually raid! Let’s take a look at these.

Sporefused Items
All loot from Rotmire has the Sporefused tag. Sporefused items have increased item level, as if they were already upgraded via the Voidforge system. They’re also locked to one item level and cannot be further upgraded.
| LFR | 259 |
| Normal | 272 |
| Heroic | 285 |
| Mythic | 298 |
Loot from Rotmire includes two drops for each armor type. These items are confirmed to work in the Catalyst, so they can be converted into tier pieces.
| Armor Type | Tier Slot Drop | Non-Tier Slot Drop |
| Cloth | Chest | Boots |
| Leather | Helm | Belt |
| Legs | Boots | |
| Plate | Chest | Belt |
In addition to these, Rotmire has three drops: A trinket, a Necklace and a Ring. The Neck and Ring are considered cantrip items, as they have an additional effect that does not affect the item’s total stat budget. The Necklace’s effect is tailored towards healers, and the Ring effect is tailored towards specializations that deal Nature damage.
| Neck | Your healing has a chance to spawn protective toadstools, absorbing damage for up to 12 sec. If broken, the toadstools burst to deal Nature damage to nearby enemies. |
| Ring | Dealing Nature damage has a chance to inflict Rotbloom, dealing Nature damage over 15 sec. If the enemy is already afflicted by your Rotbloom, it is consumed to deal 120% of its remaining damage. |
| Trinket | Your spells and abilities have a chance to nourish the mycelium, granting you a random secondary stat and Leech for 12 sec. |
Cosmetic Rewards
Rotmire also offers plenty of cosmetic rewards. These drop from all difficulties, so they can be farmed by even the most casual of players.
- The
Luminous Sporeglider mount is obtained in a slightly different way. Instead of it being obtained from Mythic or a low % drop, you can obtain it after a few weeks of killing Rotmire. The first Rotmire kill of the week drops a
Delicious Sporesnack. Combine four of these (so, four weeks of kills) to obtain the mount!

- The
Madcap Redcap is a toy that spawns a mushroom. Similar to items like the
Lightning-Blessed Spire, friends can interact with it to turn into a Sporeling! The transformation lasts for 20 minutes and there are many different models for them. Here’s some variants below:

- The
Mycomancer’s Hearthspore is a Nature-themed Hearthstone toy. While we are not able to preview the animation itself at the time of posting, we were able to determine some of particle effects used in the toy’s effect:

- The
Sporelord’s Shroom Cap is a mushroom Helm cosmetic.

- The
Luminous Rotshroom is a Housing Decor piece. It is a small mushroom lantern.

The nature theme we’re seeing from Harandar in Midnight is one of the most beautiful ones. Will you be farming any of these cosmetics?
