On the 12.1 PTR, Jorvan Longmoor and Rotha, the NPCs related to house upgrades, are also offering “Artisanal Room Plans.”
Currently on the PTR, these Artisanal Room Plans sell for 50 
Community Coupons each, and from what we can see, appear to be Blueprints for ready-furnished rooms. They are not currently available for preview.
This could be an excellent way in to decorating for anyone who doesn’t know where to start, offering polished spaces, ready to use without hours of investment. Blueprints, whether purchased from a vendor or imported from another player, will make Player Housing feel far more accessible for many people.
