FFXIV’s Berlin Fan Festival Schedule Is Out!

Get ready, Warriors of Light! Final Fantasy XIV‘s Berlin Fan Festival is fast approaching and it won’t be long before we’re waking up at an ungodly hour to attend virtually. The event spans the July 25th to 26th weekend and each day’s festivities conclude with incredible concerts! While those two performances will require a separate paid stream for access, the rest of the events are streamed for free on YouTube and Twitch. Let’s see what they have planned!

Fan Fest Day 1 – Saturday, July 25th, 2026

Once more, we have a packed schedule for Day 1 of Fan Fest! If you’re mostly interested in the upcoming game content, make sure to attend the keynote and the live letter. Otherwise, we have an exciting sound effects and audio-centric Development Panel, a peek behind the social curtain during the Community Panel, and finally a beautiful piano concert by Keiko.

Attend most events virtually for free on YouTube or Twitch!

1:00 a.m. – 3:15 a.m. (PDT) Keynote

Here’s a quick rundown on what we’re expecting from the keynote:

  • With only one last section of MSQ left, we should be getting more context into Evercold as there will be less spoilers.
  • The first of two new jobs arriving in Patch 8.0
  • Details on changes to game design (how they plan to mitigate monotony & respect the player’s time)
  • Hopefully demos of Character Action Skins
  • Quest changes: Quality of Life Updates
  • Details on the new difficulty between Normal and Savage
  • 8-Player Normal Raid Series Reveal!
  • Updates on changes to Duty Support: will we be able to duo queue?

3:15 a.m. – 3:30 a.m. (PDT) Opening Ceremony

4:00 a.m. – 5:30 a.m. (PDT) Development Panel with Lead Sound Designer Go Kinuya & Masayoshi Soken

6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. (PDT) Community Panel with European Community team

7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (PDT) Letter from the Producer LIVE Part XCIII with FFXIV’s Lead Battle Combat Designer Masaki Nakagawa

It’s time for a deep dive into the upcoming limited job, Beastmaster! Consider reading up on everything we know about it so far in our previous article. Other than that, the only other topic listed is “Miscellaneous Updates”, which could be anything. In terms of what’s left in Dawntrail, we have Hildibrand, Occult Crescent: North Horn, Phantom Weapons, the final MSQ update, and Beastmaster. Perhaps we’ll get a date on Housing Updates like the interior size change!

10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (PDT) Piano Concert

Explore beautiful melodies elegantly performed by the wonderful Keiko! Reminder that this event will require separate paid stream access. Exact details on pricing have not been revealed quite yet but they’ll likely be similar to the Anaheim Fan Fest’s concerts.

Fan Fest Day 2 – Sunday, July 26th, 2026

A comparatively much less busy day, we aren’t expecting any big announcements for FFXIV during day 2. Instead, tune in for a thrilling PvP championship, some R&R with Yoshi-P, jaw-dropping cosplays, and a heart-thumping performance from THE PRIMALS!

Join the festivities on YouTube or Twitch!

1:00 a.m. – 3:30 a.m. (PDT) Crystalline Conflict Regional Championship 2026 Europe & Oceania

4:30 a.m. – 5:45 a.m. (PDT) Naoki’s Room

7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (PDT) Glamoured to Life – Cosplay Walk

10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (PDT) THE PRIMALS Live

Just like the piano concert from day 1, you’ll need a separate paid stream access for this performance!

We’re excited to cover all the juicy details from the Berlin Fan Festival! When the time comes, make sure to keep an eye out on Icy Veins for our coverage of the events!
