Icy Veins now has a desktop app for World of Warcraft. It’s Windows-only for the moment, and includes the popular Class Codex addon that pulls our talent builds, BiS lists, and stat priorities straight into your game!
About the App
Think of the app as Icy Veins without using your browser. Class guides, spec guides, talent recommendations, rotations, tier lists, all of it in a window on your desktop instead of a tab you keep losing behind everything else.
It supports Retail at launch with Classic coming in the near future. MacOS/Linux support is coming soon.
How to Install the App
Head to icy-veins.com/download, hit the download button, and run the installer. Once installed, launch the app to install the Class Codex addon, and view the Icy Veins guides in game.
Class Codex
Class Codex is a World of Warcraft addon that brings Icy Veins recommendations directly into the game. Talents, BiS gear, stats, rotation, and more, on your screen while you’re playing the game, as displayed in the included screenshots.
Why Install The App?
If you already read our guides, this is the same content written by the same people, available in an app. It’s free to use! The app is ad-supported, but we’re working hard on providing an ad-free experience for Icy Veins Premium subscribers soon. Additionally, the desktop application will be used to house future projects that will aim to provide our community with more resources.
Will It Get You Banned?
No, the app is completely safe and compliant with Blizzard’s Term of Service. You will not get banned for using it.
