Thanks to today’s World of Warcraft panel at BlizzCon, we have learned first details about some of the new dungeons coming with Warcraft Forever – including their locations and level ranges.
Nine New Dungeons Across Azeroth
The panel covered nine dungeons in total across almost all level ranges:
- Hall of Thanes – Levels 13–18: Explore royal burial chambers beneath Ironforge, where intruders have disturbed the tombs and ghostly whispers fill the corridors.
- Ruins of Lordaeron – Levels 15–20: Help reclaim the devastated city from lingering Scourge forces and investigate a necromancer apparently preparing another attack.
- Wetlands Excavation Site – Levels 24–29: Investigate mysterious lights, drifting mist, and rogue Titan constructs above Whelgar’s Excavation.
- Dalaran – Levels 28–33: The protective barrier has fallen, exposing malfunctioning enchantments, uncontrolled constructs, and demonic activity. Blizzard also promises a wider city to explore.
- The Drowned City – Levels 35–40: Ancient troll ruins have risen off Stranglethorn Vale’s coast, bringing trolls, Naga, and stranded pirates into the picture.
- Krol’dok Stronghold – Levels 40–55: An enormous outdoor Ogre dungeon in Riverglades, with kidnappings, raids on nearby settlements, and suspicious nighttime chanting.
- Alcaz Island Prison – Levels 48–53: Enter the previously inaccessible prison associated with rumors about Varian Wrynn’s captivity, where the Defias and Naga are fighting.
- Blackmaw Hold – Levels 55–60: Discover a Furbolg city behind Azshara’s mysterious gate. Corruption threatens its inhabitants, while its tunnels lead toward the Barrow Deeps raid.
- Shaper’s Terrace – Levels 58–60: Investigate a Titan facility in the hills of Un’Goro Crater, filled with ancient machinery, power crystals, and uncontrolled wildlife
