As part of the most recent beta update, Blizzard added some new weather effects to WoW Forever! Following the downtime on Thursday, players noticed a significant difference in the game’s Lightning storms.
In addition to new audio, the Lightning effects illuminate the landscape using the game’s dynamic lighting system. While Blizzard confirmed that lightning storms and rain were enhanced in the latest build, players also discovered new snowstorm effects in the Alterac Mountains.
