This week’s weekly reset saw a hotfix that is going to make gearing for alts a lot easier. It also removed the caps on both Seasonal Mistcrests for PvE and Conquest and Bloody Tokens for PvP, with additional buffs to Conquest acquisition!
Uncapped Mistcrests, Conquest & Bloody Tokens
All Mistcrests are now uncapped, but for most players the only important cap is on the
Myth Mistcrest. You can now farm these to your heart’s delight in M+, and get all your Myth pieces to 334.
Similarly,
Conquest and
Bloody Tokens are now uncapped for PvPers. On that note, farming for at least one of those is getting easier.
Conquest & Honor Gain Increase
The Spoils of War buff is now active in all Battlegrounds and Arenas, increasing
Conquest gains by 50% and
Honor gains by 40%. This is great news, and not only for your mains, but also for your alts once you’re all kitted out on your main, because of the new catch up gear that was implemented in this hotfix!
PvE & PvP Catch-Up Gear for Alts
Similarly to previous seasons, players can now purchase catch-up Bind to Warband gear chests from vendors in Silvermoon. So you can purchase these on your main and send them to an alt!
For PvE, the
Amani Equipment Chest gives you a random piece of Champion 1/6 gear, at 292 item level. There is no gear targeting or bad luck protection, so you can loot the same slot more than once.
You can purchase these for 750
Voidlight Marl from Agmera in Silvermoon, /way 42.2 58.6, right next to the Portal to the Timeways.

For PvP, the
Venomous Equipment Chest contains a random piece of Venomous Gladiator’s equipment, at 285 item level (340 item level in Arenas, Battleground and War Mode). You cannot choose what slot you want, and it is possible to get the same piece of gear more than once.
The chests cost 375
Conquest, can be purchased from Irissa Bloodstar in Silvermoon, /way 34.0 80.6, and require 1400 PvP Rating in any bracket to purchase. You can still open the chest on an alt that does not have 1400 Rating.
