The Beta is slowly returning now, as the stress test ended a while ago. Blizzard ran into some issues while brining it back, but are working on them now. Players can close the Battle.net app toget the new update to happen sooner for themselves. Originally the Beta was supposed to end today after the stress test, but Blizzard recently extended it until Friday. You can see the new end time here.

We hit a small snag while turning the WoW Forever Beta back online. We’re working right now to get it back.
In the meantime, you can speed this up by fully exiting the Battle.net Desktop App to force the update to happen manually.
