How to Unlock Cyrce’s Circles

Players can unlock the ring roughly 7 minutes into the Siren Isles questline. The ring comes with baseline Stamina and 3 empty sockets, which can be customized with gems found throughout the isle.

The ring’s base item level is 619. It can be upgraded to item level 639 through six upgrades and it will take six weeks to fully upgrade it via a weekly quest.

For the purpose of testing, Blizzard has added a vendor on the 11.0.7 PTR with all the gems and the upgrade item.
