Coral-Stalker Waveray is returning as a Promotion mount in Patch 11.0.7. The mount was previously available in the Trading Post for 900 
Trader’s Tender. However, Blizzard has changed the source of the mount in the upcoming patch to “Promotion”.
The mount’s a green tint of the Nazjatar ray mounts. Here is what it looks like in the game:
