A hidden survey has recently appeared on the official Genshin Impact Discord server, giving players the opportunity to voice their opinions on Weapon/Talent Domains and Weekly Boss Domains. Despite its significance, this survey has not been advertised in the in-game notices, making it easy to miss.
If you have ever been frustrated by time-restricted materials or the weekly boss drop system, now is your chance to provide feedback directly to HoYoverse!

This short 1-2 minute survey covers topics such as time restrictions on Domains and Weekly Boss Domain limitations.
The survey includes questions about:
- Satisfaction with there being different domains on different days
- The frustration of only being able to clear bosses once per week
- Overall satisfaction with the weekly boss system
While HoYoverse states that this survey is for research purposes only and does not guarantee changes, it is still a valuable opportunity to make your voice heard. And lets be honest here, this is probably going to result in changes.
These changes will likely make Genshin Impact have systems more akin to Zenless Zone Zero or Honkai: Star Rail where farming for materials isn’t tied to specific days of the week.
Additional Specialized Feedback Surveys In-Game
In addition to this hidden survey, there are also Specialized Feedback Surveys available through the Version Highlights button in the in-game Paimon Menu. These surveys are often overlooked but allow players to provide feedback on specific characters and mechanics. For example, there is currently one for both Citlali and Pyro Traveler, making it a great chance to share feedback on their design and viability.
