The issue with soft resets in Naxxramas not working properly has been resolved. However, players need to re-select their difficulty after the hotfix as it was reset.
At 12:12 p.m. PST today, we deployed a hotfix to address some issues preventing Naxxramas from reinitializing properly after a soft reset.
This hotfix cleared player-selected difficulties. Before raiding Naxxramas, you’ll want to reselect your difficulties manually and interact with the Burning Conduit as you would when entering a fresh raid for the first time after a lockout.
