Blizzard have clarified that they will be increasing the PvP item level bonuses to compensate for the Turbo Boost event increases! We have a detailed table of the changes below, starting from 658 all the way up to 684.
With the Turbo Boost update on May 13, we will update the PvP item level equip bonuses to follow with the other changes being made.
